  • The easiest way to register is to use web registration (veebiregistratuur) home page.
  • Appointments are on the following days in December  2, 4, 6, 9, 11, 12, 13, 16, 18, 20 in January 6, 8, 9, 10, 13, 15, 16, 17, 20, 22, 23, 24, 27, 29, 30, 31 and in February 3, 5, 7


  • NB! To confirm your appointment, Estonian ID-card, Estonian Mobile-ID or Google account is needed.
